The colour of dresses varies on-screen and in-person. Unfortunately, this is an issue for which we don’t have a solution. Photoshoots and dresses are both provided to us by brands. We cannot make the colour of dresses look the same to you on-screen and in-person due to factors such as photoshoot lighting, screen brightness and your home lighting. Fabric of suits and dresses is stated in product information. Look into what the fabric is like if you are unfamiliar with or new to the fabric. For example, Lawn fabric is a very fine, thin and see-through fabric which is used for Pakistani clothing in summer. Do not conflate quality with thickness of a fabric. Lawn fabric will always be thin and see-through regardless of the brand, colour or price.
Due to the delicate nature of fabrics such as chiffon, thread embroidery, mirror and embellishment work on our articles, they are required to be handled and worn with utmost care.
Due to the delicate nature of work on dresses, embellishments can get displaced. Tassels with open metal ends can easily slip off the thread they are tied with.
Spare threads from embroidery or fabrics such as organza will need to be cut off.Â
All clothing articles sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned.
We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing, or for slight variations or embellishments displacement.
Returns
Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and in their original condition i.e. clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging.
Items should be packed carefully in proper packaging of adequate size so that they are not scrunched or damaged in transit.
Items that have deodorant stains, makeup marks, perfume or other odours will not be accepted for return.
Items that are torn, in particular at chaaks, which can happen when adequate care is not taken while trying an outfit will not be accepted for return. Â
You will receive a refund for purchases made on our website provided you request a refund via email at hello@designerdhaage.com and return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Emails are responded to within 12 working hours. Check your junk folder in case our email has gone there. If you still haven’t received a response, call us on 02036743398.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be issued in 1-2 working days from when we receive the item back. Funds can take between 1-10 working days to appear back in your account depending on your payment method and bank/card provider.
Delivery Charges
We do not refund delivery charges or reimburse return delivery charges.
Where an order is delivered free of charge under the free delivery offer, upon return a standard delivery charge of £5 will be deducted from the refund if the free delivery offer no longer applies to the order.
Sale items
There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to either being end of the season, or have minor marking, or have slight damage or have a colour difference.
Therefore, any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.
Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Â
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sale@chicaasfashion.com.Â
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
