The delivery charge for orders below the value of £50 is £5.
Indicative delivery timescales are between 1-10 working days depending on the delivery option selected.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.
Orders are dispatched during the week on working days from Monday to Friday and not on weekends.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
For delivery by Royal Mail, if delivery to your address is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will take the package to your local Royal Mail delivery office for collection. You can track the delivery using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.Â
Unfortunately, we are unable to influence or control the speed of delivery or any delays that occur once an order has been dispatched by us and handed over to Royal Mail.
Once your order is dispatched and a dispatch email confirmation is sent to you, you will need to contact Royal Mail using the tracking number for any queries regarding the arrival of your package. We do not have any control over the delivery service or the tracking information shown by the courier service. Therefore, Royal Mail are best placed to advise you on the progress of your delivery.

Delivery to Europe is £15 with an indicative duration of 5-10 working days.Â
Delivery to the rest of the world is £30 with an indicative duration of 7-10 working days.
