How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders over £75 ship free; otherwise a flat £4.99 fee applies.
How do I find my size?+
Every product page has a “Size Guide” link next to the size selector with full body measurements in cm and inches, plus the model's height and the size they're wearing.
What is your returns policy?+
You can return or exchange unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full process.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Klarna, PayPal and Bacs Direct Debit through our secure Stripe checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it has been packed for dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — contact us to be notified.
