Returns & Exchanges

   Start your return

   Contact us with your order number and we'll confirm your return or exchange and send you a prepaid label.

   Pack your item

   Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Include the packing slip if you have it.

   Drop it off

   Attach the label and drop your parcel at any courier location. We'll email you once it's on its way back to us.

4. 4

   Get your refund or exchange

   Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Exchanges for a different size or colour are shipped free of charge.

Sale items marked “final sale”, pierced jewellery and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
